In this week’s Chamber Perk, Janelle Capra sits down with Kimee Earnshaw from Leadership Bakersfield Team 3 to highlight their class project benefiting local nonprofit Charmed and Chosen, Inc. Founded by two moms during the pandemic, the nonprofit supports youth through engaging, screen-free activities that build connection and purpose.
Team 3 is helping expand the group’s STEM room, doubling its capacity and updating equipment to better serve kids ages 10 to 18 with college prep, life skills, and hands-on STEM training.
