She is a business owner for over 30 years; served youth in group day cares, supported, and developed programs for the developmentally disable, and has dedicated countless hours to transforming lives and ensuring essential life resources get to the homeless, youth and young adults of Kern County. She currently serves as an active Board Member on the Greater Bakersfield Legal Assistance, Incorporated (GBLA); focused on ensuring community in need has access to legal services across Kern County. She is a “Prayer Warrior”, faithful minister and member of Compassion Christian Center
